On Email: How it's Like Postal Mail

Sometimes it seems like the holiday season is the busiest time of the year. This is especially true for the U.S. Postal Service, which unlike Amazon has yet to announce any future plans for delivery drones. During the holidays, we Americans send out enough greeting cards and packages to overload even the most magical of delivery systems, and yet somehow things still manage to find their way.

This week, we use Suite 131 as place to get informative and to compare the magic of email to the United States Postal Service. The similarities are multiple, and the endpoints are exactly the same: Delivering written communication. The biggest difference is that while one takes seconds, the other takes days.
